About SportsRox

The idea for SportsRox was born on the field, a baseball field. Like millions of other parents, our founders have spent countless hours supporting the efforts of their sons and daughters to play and advance in a variety of youth sports. When we looked for resources and tools to support this passion, we found only expensive clinics or private lessons, pricy DVD packages and text-based instructions online. We thought, "Why not provide safe, free websites filled with high quality training videos, coaching resources and fun features for kids, parents and coaches." From this idea SportsRox was born.

We are a group dedicated to improving youth sports. As a celebration of young athletes, their parents and coaches, SportsRox is producing rich-media content that is both useful and entertaining for a variety of sports. Our content is designed to be helpful to the first time player as well as the more advanced player getting ready for high school athletics. We offer engaging video training, animations and other features that bring sports to life.
